Your order may not arrive within our normal shipping window – but we thank you for your understanding in what is a challenging time for all of us.

Shipping Details

Most orders are dispatched within 1-2 business days. Please note: All Australian orders are dispatched from Melbourne, Australia. During sale and holiday periods, delivery may take longer than the estimated time frames above. If you live in WA, NT, certain areas of QLD or remote rural areas, you may need to allow a few extra days for postage. Please use the below chart to determine your local area's delivery times, for more information please check the Sendle/Australia Post Website.

Standard Destinations

Melbourne, Sydney and Adelaide Metro: 2-3 business days
Brisbane Metro: 2-4 business days
Perth Metro: 4-5 business days
SA Country and ACT: 3-5 business days
NSW Country: 4-6 business days
Tasmania and Darwin City: 4-7 business days
Vic Country: 3-5 business days
QLD and WA Country: 7-9 business days 

Pick-Up (Melbourne Only)

For a limited time only, we are now offering a complimentary pick-up option from Surrey Hills, Victoria.
Pick-up will be available from Tuesday 21st April, with a safe social distancing practiced to ensure your safety and ours.
You will be able to select pick-up as an option during the check-out process.

Cancellations

If you cancel your order prior to it being processed, shipped/picked-up, you may incur a restocking fee of $10.00 to cover transaction fees & admin costs

We don’t accept change of mind returns, however if your not 100% happy with our product, please email us and we are happy to talk with you.
